Business Case	Checking the access control functionality of Bug Base.
Test cases	New user: Add a user with all necessary user data supplied. New user (error cases): Try to add a user missing mandatory attributes. JSP Login: Try simple login and logoff to and from bug base. Direct Access: Test all JSPs that require a login, if the login is correctly requested.
